1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to becomeyouraura.com and your use of AURA’s content, order-request process, order tracking, communications, and related services. By using the site or submitting an order request, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy, Product Disclaimer, and Research Disclaimer.

If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit an order request.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 21 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. You may order only if the purchase, possession, shipment, and intended research use of the material are lawful in your jurisdiction.

If you act for a laboratory, company, institution, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Research-use restriction

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, AURA products are offered only as research reference materials for lawful laboratory, analytical, or research purposes. They are not offered for human consumption, human or veterinary administration, diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of disease.

By submitting an order, you represent that you will not ingest, inject, administer, compound for personal use, resell for personal use, or otherwise use a research product contrary to its label or applicable law. You are responsible for appropriate facilities, training, handling, storage, documentation, and lawful disposal.

A research-use label does not make an otherwise unlawful purchase or use permissible. AURA may refuse or cancel an order when it reasonably believes the requested transaction or intended use may be unlawful, unsafe, or inconsistent with these Terms.

4. No medical advice or treatment relationship

AURA does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, dosing, reconstitution, injection, administration, or individualized health recommendations. Website content is general educational information about areas of research and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Research findings may be preliminary, limited, or based on laboratory, animal, observational, or controlled-study settings. They do not establish that an AURA product is safe, effective, approved, or appropriate for any person and do not guarantee any result.

5. Order requests and acceptance

Submitting checkout creates an order request, not an accepted sale or promise to ship. AURA may review, verify, limit, refuse, or cancel an order for availability, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, compliance concerns, pricing errors, or other legitimate business reasons.

An automated order number or email confirms receipt of the request only. An order is accepted after AURA confirms payment and begins processing it, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, shipping, and order information and for keeping your order number available.

6. Payment terms and 24-hour deadline

Payment is completed separately through the method selected at checkout. AURA does not collect payment-card or bank-account information on this website. A PayPal invoice is prepared manually and is not sent instantly.

Payment must be received within 24 hours after the order is placed. The deadline begins at order placement, not when a PayPal invoice is sent. An unpaid order will be canceled after the deadline and its reserved inventory will be released.

When submitting an external payment, include only the AURA order number in the payment memo unless AURA gives different written instructions. You are responsible for checking the email address used at checkout and contacting AURA promptly if a requested invoice has not arrived. A late or unmatched payment does not automatically reactivate a canceled order; AURA may refund it or request a new order.

7. Pricing, availability, and order limits

Prices, product sizes, shipping charges, availability, and promotions may change before an order is submitted. AURA may correct typographical, pricing, product-description, or availability errors and may cancel an affected order. If payment has already been received for a canceled order, AURA will provide an appropriate refund.

Discounts and welcome offers are subject to stated eligibility rules, may be limited to one per customer or household, have no cash value, and may not be combined unless AURA expressly allows it.

8. Shipping and delivery

Current shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout and on the Shipping & Returns page. Processing begins only after payment is confirmed. Expedited shipping describes the selected carrier service after fulfillment; it does not guarantee same-day processing or delivery on a specific date.

You are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address and reviewing any geographic or product restrictions that apply. Carrier scans, delays, weather, incorrect addresses, and other events outside AURA’s reasonable control may affect delivery. Rights concerning loss or damage remain subject to applicable law and the Shipping & Returns Policy.

9. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Cancellation, return, replacement, and refund eligibility is governed by the Shipping & Returns Policy displayed on the site and applicable law. Contact AURA promptly about an incorrect, damaged, missing, or delivery-related order and preserve the packaging, label, and available photographs for review.

AURA may require reasonable verification before approving a replacement or refund. Nothing in these Terms limits a non-waivable consumer right.

10. Product information and documentation

AURA works to present accurate product names, sizes, pricing, research context, and available documentation. Website images may be representative, and packaging or labels may change. You must inspect the physical label, lot or batch identifier, net quantity, condition, and supplied documentation before accepting or using a material.

A certificate, analytical result, or research summary does not establish clinical safety, effectiveness, regulatory approval, or suitability for human or veterinary use.

11. Acceptable use of the website

• Do not use the site or products for an unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
• Do not submit false identity, age, shipping, eligibility, payment, or intended-use information.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, access private administrator or customer records, interfere with site operation, introduce malicious code, or scrape the site in a manner that burdens or harms the service.
• Do not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit AURA content, branding, product images, or software except as permitted by law or written authorization.

12. Intellectual property

The AURA name, logo, site design, photographs, graphics, copy, and other original content are owned by or licensed to AURA and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the site for its intended purpose.

13. Third-party services and links

The site may link to or rely on third-party services, including payment providers, email infrastructure, hosting providers, and shipping carriers. AURA does not control third-party terms, privacy practices, availability, or security. Your use of a third-party service is governed by your agreement with that provider.

14. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site, content, ordering features, and research materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” AURA does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free or that educational content will be complete, current, or suitable for a particular research objective.

AURA does not make medical, therapeutic, fitness-for-human-use, or guaranteed-outcome warranties. Any product-specific express warranty must be stated in writing by AURA and does not replace applicable non-waivable rights.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AURA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, reliance on educational content, third-party services, or misuse of a research material. AURA’s aggregate liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount paid to AURA for that order, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.

These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including rights and remedies that applicable consumer-protection law makes non-waivable.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, you and AURA agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue through customer support.

Unless applicable law requires another forum, any court proceeding arising from these Terms or the site must be brought in a state or federal court located in Knox County, Tennessee, and each party consents to that court’s jurisdiction. These Terms do not require arbitration and do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

17. Changes and general terms

AURA may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law provides otherwise. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect and the affected provision will be enforced to the greatest lawful extent.

AURA’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies incorporated above form the entire agreement concerning the site and order-request service unless AURA provides separate written terms for a specific transaction.
